Mindfulness – Change your breath

I learned this breathing technique in a TedTalk and this helps me to move from the auto pilot.

It’s all done with your nose. The first number is the number of inhales with your nose and the second is the number of exhale with your nose as well.

Water breathing – 4:8 anytime/ all day

Whiskey breathing – 4:8 – before sleep

Coffee breathing – 0-20x – 3 rounds on Morning / before workout / late afternoon
